For US bathroom & kitchen remodeling companies

Retainers put all the risk on you. So we earn our money from the jobs you close.

No retainersNo lead feesShare of closed jobs

We run your Facebook and Instagram ads and book homeowners onto your calendar. We share in the revenue we help you make. Apart from a one-time setup, if you don't close, we don't make a cent.

The process

How It Works

From your first call to your first closed job, here's the process.

  1. STEP 1:Click To Apply

Watch the video above, then pick a time to talk with Usman. It takes 30 minutes.

  2. STEP 2:Partnership Discussion

We go through your numbers: job sizes, close rate, how many jobs you can take on, and the area you cover. If we don't think we can help, we'll tell you on the call.

  3. STEP 3:Onboarding Call

We build your ads and the text follow-up, connect them to your calendar, and go live. Your part: call every new lead back within 10 minutes.

  4. STEP 4:You Close, We Get Paid

Our fee is an agreed share of the jobs you close from our leads. A lead that doesn't close costs you no fee.

How we're paid

The agencies marketing to bathroom and kitchen remodelers mostly charge a monthly retainer, a fee per lead, or a fee per appointment. You pay them every month whether a job gets signed or not. After a one-time setup, we only earn on signed jobs.

The model

Why Revenue Share?

My dad has worked in construction for 30 years. I grew up seeing how much of a contractor's month depends on the phone ringing.

Most marketing agencies bill you on the 1st of the month whether the phone rings or not. All the risk sits on your side.

So UZA works the other way round. We run your Facebook and Instagram ads, text every homeowner who asks for a quote within minutes, and book the serious ones onto your calendar. Then we take an agreed share of the jobs you close.

Contractors don't want ads, leads, or reports. They want revenue in the bank.

After a one-time setup, if nothing closes, you don't pay us anything more. No retainer. No paying for "effort". Your ad budget goes straight to Meta, so you see every dollar.

I'm new, and I won't pretend otherwise. That's exactly why there's no retainer: after setup, I only earn when you do.

If you want more bathroom and kitchen remodels and your team can call a lead back within 10 minutes, let's talk.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does revenue share work?

There's a one-time setup fee to build your campaigns, landing page, text follow-up and calendar connection. After that, we take an agreed percentage of the jobs you close from our leads. We set the exact number on the call, once we know your job sizes. Full details are in our Terms.

Is there a retainer or monthly fee?

No retainer and no monthly fee to us. The only ongoing cost is your ad budget, which you pay directly to Meta, so you can see every dollar.

Who pays for the ads?

You do, straight to Meta with your own card. We agree the monthly budget with you before anything goes live, and we don't mark it up.

What do you need from me?

Room for more jobs, and someone who calls new leads back within 10 minutes. Speed is what turns a quote request into a signed job.

What kind of jobs do you bring?

Bathroom and kitchen remodels. We ask every homeowner about the job, the budget and the timing before they're booked, so you're not driving out for a leaky faucet.

You're new. Why should I trust you?

Fair question. That's why there's no retainer. After setup, you don't risk a monthly fee on us. We earn when you do.

Do you work in my area?

We work with remodelers across the US. Book a call and we'll check your service area together.
